Announcing the "Worldwide Anglican Peace Conference, Seoul - 2007" to be held 14-20 November. The short name for this conference is "TOPIK" which comes from "Towards Peace In Korea".
The conference will consist of a visit to North Korea from November 14th to 16th and then a forum held in Paju (near Seoul) from November 17th to 20th for towards peace in northeast Asia.
The conference is organised in the name of the Anglican Communion and will be a valuable opportunity to reflect on the true meaning of peace in the era of conflicts and trauma and to explore the role of the church as peacemaker in the Korean peninsula and northeast Asia.
